Our Policy

Shipping Policy 

Processing can take 3-5 days depending on when you submit your order request. Some merchandise will be shipped directly to you from our US Warehouse which can take 5-7 days. We have products in Warehouses overseas as well. Please allow 7-14 days for shipments. You will receive email confirmation of your order status as well as your tracking information once your package has been shipped.

NOTE: Around holiday season, shipments can be delayed a few days. Please be mindful when placing orders if you expect shipments by a specific timeframe. Once you receive your tracking information, it is your responsibility to keep track of your package. 

Refund Policy 

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, please provide your information on the Contact us form. You may also email Support@swagbagboutique.com to start a return or exchange claim.

Please contact us within 72 hours to start a claim for any defected items. To start a claim, email support@swagbagboutique.com. Please provide your First and Last name along with your order number, shipping address and brief description of the defected product. You may also include photos or a short video of the product.

 

Return Conditions

You have 5 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange any products please email support@swagbagboutique.com or complete the Contact Us form.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without completing the claims process first.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: beauty products, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.

Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost, unless a mistake is made by Swag Bag Boutique.

We will arrange an exchange, credit or issue a refund after we have checked your return upon receipt.

 

Order cancellation

In order to deliver the package as soon as possible, we use a local high-quality prepaid logistics company. When the order status is “Packaged”, the package has been handed over to the logistics company, resulting a logistics cost. A 10% cancellation fee needs to be applied when canceling. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the status of order is “In transit”

NOTE: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

 

Return Address

We have warehouses in the US and Overseas. If you need to return any merchandise, please complete the claim process first. 

NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. We will provide the return address once your claim has been submitted.

 

Return Process

After receiving return address and instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

Drop off your package at the local post office.

After returning, provide the return receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight and the tracking number of your returns, we could expedite your refund/exchange. 

Once your refund or credit has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
